14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the problem and provide a solution promptly.

Exchanges

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply: items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
